My closest friend here in the good ol' south....(yes I made a friend here in Georgia),who has been nothing but welcoming, supportive, loving and honest since the moment we moved into the neighborhood, shared with me a blog she had come across that has continued to speak volumes to me. I agree with it on so many levels and it was completely refreshing.
We all have our days---the good and bad, the happy and sad, and the downright awful but guess what---you and I signed up for it the moment we became pregnant and oh so desperately wanted to take on the role of "mom." I love what it says and how incredibly blunt it is! Motherhood epitomizes what it means to be unselfish---it is and never will be about you....ever, ever again.
