In a matter of fifteen hours, Dick Clark will be rocking it out in spirit, hundreds will be making out and bottles of champagne will be popped (hopefully not someone in the eye). We embark on this tradition every December 31st and it never seems to get old; sometimes with greater hangovers or earlier nights--depending on the person/couple. Surprisingly, this year Jamie and I will be going out (something we haven't done for at least three years) and we are extremely excited to join our friends in the festivities. But before we get ahead of ourselves, I thought highlighting special memories of 2012 would be appropriate as it has been THE most life-changing year for Jamie and me.
10. It's A Boy!! (Remember we found out by getting our long johns filled blue or pink at Hy-Vee and biting into them to find out if James was indeed a boy or girl!
9. Growing Belly! My goodness did I look like Danny DeVito as the Penguin from Batman.
8. A GENEROUS and LOVING Baby shower!! Jessica Ellingson, Emily June and Colleen seriously were so incredible!! It was memorable and full of tears!!
7. James Regan Seidl is born May 24, 2012 at 4:33pm at 8lbs, 6 oz, 20 1/2 inches long!

6. Daddy is heading to Rotation/Interviews: Traveling to Tacoma, WA and Texas!! We missed him greatly---hardest thing having him away from us!
5. We are leaving on a jetplane: James takes his first cross-country trip to see Daddy in Seattle/Tacoma!
